Bacon and Marmite Weetabix Muffins 

Serves 2 (4 muffins) 
4 crushed weetabix 

4 rashers cooked bacon, cut into squares

2 beaten eggs 

1 tbsp marmite

1 tsp basil

Seasoning

Stir well and divide into 4 muffin cases, sprinkle a little parmesan on top

Bake at 200°C for 20 mins 

2 muffins are one healthy extra B, 1 syn for Parmesan
