Overnight oats are one of my all-time favourite breakfasts, and are very popular both amongst Slimming Worlders’ and any of my friends who have tried this dish! It is remarkably simple. and as the oats soak into the yoghurt overnight (hence the name…) by morning it is delicious! And breakfast is ready and waiting as soon as you rise!
Serves 1.
Ingredients
35g plain porridge oats (I use Quakers)
1 Muller light
A handful of chopped fruits, e.g. strawberries, raspberries
That’s it!
Very simply…. layer yoghurt,oats, fruit in a jar, garnish with fruit and leave in the fridge overnight. Nothing more to do. Delicious!
